Frequently asked questions
Do I need experience on camera?
No. We've produced thousands of people on camera over 15 years—most of them complete beginners. We guide you on delivery, tone and presence so you feel confident and natural, and we build your comfort over time.
Do I need to buy any equipment?
Not necessarily. We'll assess your setup and recommend what makes sense for your space and budget. You can do incredible things with cheaper kit and investing in your own can make sense for the long term. However, for our top tier package we bring our own kit and film it for you.
Do you help me decide what to talk about?
Yes—that's a core part of the service. We help you identify your key themes, shape your message and build a content system that feels natural and strategic. You'll never be guessing what to create next.
Can you work remotely if I'm not nearby?
Yes. If you're UK-based and on our Tier 2 package, we'll meet you for at least one in-person shoot. For other packages, we can direct you through Zoom and ensure everything still feels professionally produced.
How many videos can you produce each month?
For Full Production clients: typically one high-quality 20-minute video per week.
Don't you just do TV? What do you know about business content?
Producing for BBC, Channel 4, and Netflix taught us how to guide people on camera and turn complex ideas into compelling narratives—exactly what professionals need online. You get broadcast-level storytelling applied to building your authority.
What if I don't like being on camera?
Most people don't at first. That discomfort fades once you know what to say and how to say it. We'll develop a rhythm together, and you'll start feeling more like yourself. Your clients don't need you to be slick—just clear, credible and human.
How is this different from hiring a video editor or agency?
Editors and agencies deliver files. We build capability. That means shaping your message, directing your performance, and creating a repeatable process—so you're not starting from scratch every time you need content..
Do you use AI in video production?
Only when it serves the objective. Our goal is to humanise you and build trust—so the focus is always on you being authentic on camera. But AI can be a powerful tool for certain elements like graphics, b-roll, or creative effects that would otherwise take weeks to produce. We use it strategically, not as a replacement for you.
